WHERE IS THE SCHOOL?
The cooking school is located in the Azienda Agricola Biologica CAsale dei POzzi in a wide room,equipped to allow an active participation for each guest in the courses.
On demand from oktober to may weekly or every two weeks at the desired time of the day ( morning or afternoon).
HOW MANY PEOPLE?
Minimum 4 participants
Maximum 15 participants
WHO IS ADRESSED?
The school is divided in 3 levels:
- level: for who desires to learn the basic elements of the cooking: choice of the raw material, use of the materials, prior techniques of preparation and cooking.
- level:for who desires to try menus of the Italian gastronomic tradition.
- monographic courses on single topics.
The cooking school Casale dei POzzi presents courses and tastes of the tradition using the products of our Azienda and in particular the aromatic herbs that grow naturally in our cultivations. They are the basis for exploring and preparing the recipes of the Italian gastronomy, recipes for the “everyday” cooking, careful with the nutritional components and the therapeutic values of the used products., respectful of the environment.
COOKING COURSES AND WEEKEND
Our offer imagines the possibility to choose courses and times with one or two meeting in a weekend. That way you’ll have the opportunity of renting our apartments fro the weekend and explore the surroundings or simply relax.
A TASTY COURSE IN A SHORT TIME
To prepare a variety of courses is the desire of everyone who loves food, though the lack of time doesn’t give much choice:somehow that cooking course wasn’t that helpful. We offer you new recipes and an absolutely modern way of approaching them that will allow you to make many preparations of our tradition. A wonderful “ pesto alla Genovese” in 40 seconds,the chance to make a soft “besciamella” in 6 minutes or a perfect “pasta briseè” in 20 seconds won’t be a dream anoymore….
