To make the choice and the stay  in our Casale  your client should be aware of a few things:

• Location: the Azienda Agricola is placed in the middle of the countryside therefore a car is needed to reach the nearest shops (3 minutes) or to move ( Rome,Cerveteri etc)
• Parking:right in front of the houses there’s a wide  open parking ( you can’t park inside for the peace of everybody)
• Animals: in the Azienda there are various animals (3 dogs in front of the apartments 1 and 2 and sheeps, chicken etc..) other animals are accepted if promptly demanded and with a supplement
• Arrivals and departures: the arrivals and departures are normally on Saturday, except specific request. The arrival times are from 16:00 to 19.00, the arrivals after 20.00 require a supplement of 20.00 euros. In no case arrivals after 23.00 are accepted. The apartments have to be freed by 10.00 am of the departure day.
• Linen: the provided linen includes : 1 towel for bidet, a big towel and a small towel, the bedclothes. The costs are not included and cover only one change even if the stay is more than a week. More changes have to be requested and not included.
• Cleaning: the house is delivered clean. The costs of the final cleaning is not included.
• Caution: the caution is 100,00 Euros and has to be payed cash before receiving the keys together with the rest of the money. The return of the caution and the final check have to be arrangedwith the man in charge. To make this operation easier the linen should be ready before the final check…
• Trash: the trash has to be thrown away at the latest after 2 days and before leaving the apartment.
• Heating: the heating is not included and the use of it is regulated by a meter.
